Multi-faceted role in helping lift paid subscriptions by 313%: led the creative transformation for all UX and marketing creative and developed tone of voice and language protocols. Helped shape growth marketing and UX/UI strategies. Proactively proposed a new way in-app features could integrate into the app proper that also solved major backend issues, which has been implemented. Largely responsible for one of the most popular app features that removes guilt and encourages loyalty. As Head of Localisation: establishing healthier communication channels with the translators meant I was able to deliver higher quality translations, resulting in quantifiable growth in the respective markets.

Nike Run Club

Lifesum teamed up with Nike to offer members of Nike Run Club (NRC) discounted membership in a bid to broaden their customer base.

NRC - Marathon nutrition guide

As part of the partnership with Nike, Lifesum put together a nutrition guide for NRC members training for marathons. The nutrition guide discussed pre, during and post-race nutritional strategies for best performance.
